COVID 19 UPDATE

You may purchase from us in-store and online, or feel free to contact us via email: customers@stagedoorshop.co.nz, Facebook message, or phone. 

Due to isolation requirements and staff illness, our hours may vary at times. Keep an eye on our social media for updates.

Please note we have many other products not on our website so feel free to enquire about other items or brands. 

Over this time ordering will be limited. If we do not have the product or size you require we may not be able to order it for you or it may take longer than usual. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We will do what we can for you at this time. 

All deliveries will be contactless and will not require a signature so keep an eye out for your package at your doorstep. 

We would like to thank all of our customers for their support. As we are a small New Zealand business any purchase anytime from Stage Door means a lot to us but at this time, it is extra special!

DELIVERY

We use Aramex/Fastway couriers to safely deliver your goods. 

At this time with COVID-19 we ask customers to be patient as deliveries may take longer than usual. 

If you are concerned please feel free to contact us and we can follow this up for you. 

Rural deliveries should always add an extra 1-2 days as parcels change to your local postie. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Stage Door Dance & Streetwear does not ship outside of New Zealand.  

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and require a physical street address for all Stage Door deliveries.

SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping is $10.00 for urban delivery and $20.00 for rural delivery anywhere in New Zealand. Some conditions may apply with the courier to some Rural addresses. 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds on goods purchased online. If you need to discuss an item before buying please contact us via phone, email, or Facebook.  

We will inspect our goods before sending but if you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us. 

DAMAGES

Stage Door Dance & Streetwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for any return, exchange, or refund.

Store credit can not be used for sale purchases (in-store).

NOT IN CHRISTCHURCH?

We love to see our customers in person to give them the best fitting and service possible but if you are not in Christchurch there is still a way. 

Not all of our products including shoes are available for purchase online but you can call, email, or Facebook us to arrange to purchase shoes or other items over the phone and we will have these delivered to you!
